TAEYOUNG E&C will open a model house for 'The Palist Desian' in Sincheon-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu, on the 10th and will begin full-scale sales.

TAEYOUNG E&C plans to open the 'The Palist Desian' model house in the Sangdong area of Suseong-gu, Daegu, for three days starting on the 8th.

'The Palist Desian' will consist of three basement levels to a maximum of 20 above-ground floors, eight buildings, with 418 APT. units (100 to 117㎡) and 32 officetel units (97 and 109㎡).

The complex boasts a strong differentiation in product competitiveness. It features luxurious finishing materials and specialized designs, including a curtain wall look that can typically be found in high-end complexes. There are approximately 1.6 parking spaces provided per household, and the availability of storage units enhances efficient space utilization.

Notably, TAEYOUNG E&C will provide Samsung Electronics appliances for free, including induction cooktops, dishwashers, system air conditioners, electric ovens, and range hoods. A smart artificial intelligence system will be introduced, allowing easy and convenient control of appliances via voice commands through home network technology. High-quality European furniture will also be installed.

Community facilities are also competitive. The area spans about 753 pyeong, designed to accommodate various activities with a size of 1.8 pyeong per household. Amenities include a sauna, fitness center, and screen golf practice area. Facilities such as a small library, guest house, coin laundry, and cafeteria are also planned to enhance residential convenience.

'The Palist Desian' is well-equipped with living infrastructure. The educational environment is a strong point. Its proximity to Hyoshin Elementary School offers a safe commuting option for young children. Additionally, the area is close to the academy district in Suseong-gu, known as the Gangnam of Daegu, and the Daegu City Library, likely drawing interest from parents in their 30s and 40s with school-age children.

'The Palist Desian' benefits from a good transportation environment, with Dongdaegu Station (KTX, SRT, Line 1) and the Dongdaegu Complex Transfer Center located nearby. Residents can conveniently access key areas of Daegu and the countryside via Hwarang-ro and Hyoshin-ro.

A representative from TAEYOUNG E&C noted, 'The project demonstrates excellent stability due to the reliable management of a financial institution with outstanding capital operation capabilities.'

'The Palist Desian' will commence special supply applications on the 13th, with first priority applications on the 14th and second priority applications on the 15th. The announcement of winners will be on the 21st, with the formal contract signing taking place over three days from February 3 to February 5.
