The APT. 'Isu Station Herid' will be supplied in the vicinity of Sadang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.

Isu Station Herid will be developed into a large complex consisting of 965 units across 10 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above ground, with private spaces from 59 to 138 square meters, mostly comprised of small to medium-sized units. Among the total units, 89 will be public rental dwellings, while 876 units will be offered to the general public.
