Kyakryong Construction announced on the 30th that it conducted the legitimate contract for 'Elip Okjeong Signature', which it supplies in 1022, Okjeong-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do (Okjeong District Development Area A-5BL), from December 20 to 24 over five days.
'Elip Okjeong Signature' is a public support private rental apartment consisting of 9 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above ground, with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 79㎡, totaling 921 households. The move-in date is scheduled for March 2025. The rental prices will be set below 95% of the surrounding market prices, and the rental increase rate is limited to within 5% per year, ensuring stable housing for 10 years without tax burdens.
'Elip Okjeong Signature' will be located in the Okjeong New City, equipped with transportation, education, convenience, and a natural environment. Nearby, there is Yuljeong Elementary School, which can be reached on foot, along with various schools such as Yuljeong Middle School, Okjeong Middle School, and Okjeong High School, as well as academies in the Okjeong central commercial area and the Okjeong Lake Library.
