DL E&C announced on the 27th that it is supplying a public sale New Home complex called "e-Pyeonhan Sesang Naepo First Dream" at the RH16 block in Naepo New Town, Hongseong, South Chungcheong Province. This complex consists of 949 units across 10 buildings, with 1 basement level and 25 above-ground floors. It is made up solely of 84㎡ units, including ▲728 units of 84㎡A and ▲221 units of 84㎡B. The scheduled move-in date is December 2026.
The "e-Pyeonhan Sesang Naepo First Dream" is a "New Home" selection-type complex that offers priority sale rights to residents after six years of residency. It is gaining attention as a reasonable alternative for those in their 30s to 50s who are actual housing seekers.
