The new commercial complex without a premium 'Star OCL Avenue II' has begun to sell.

HDC Hyundai Development Company, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and POSCO E&C announced on the 26th that they are selling 'Star OCL Avenue II', a retail facility in City OCL Block 2 of Michuhol-gu, Incheon.

Starocean Avenue II - Perspective

'Star OCL Avenue II' will comprise a total area of 16,193 square meters across the basement and ground floors, with a total of 130 units (64 units in the basement and 66 units on the first floor).

It is located in Star OCL, the central commercial area of the City OCL urban development project. Star OCL is one of five zones (Live OCL, Park OCL, Star OCL, Cube OCL, Link OCL) being developed within City OCL, where commercial, cultural, and mixed-use facilities are planned.

'Star OCL Avenue II' is the only commercial area that connects the planned Hakik Station on the Suin-Bundang Line and the planned Incheon Museum Park. It is located in a prime area near Hakik Station and faces Incheon Museum Park, making it easy to attract foot traffic from subway users and visitors.

Particularly, Incheon Museum Park, which is being developed right in front of Star OCL Avenue II, will consist of a municipal art museum, municipal museum, art park cultural site, content village, and content plaza, covering an area of about 41,812 square meters. Approximately 201.4 billion won will be invested in the project, which aims for completion in 2028. As Incheon's first complex cultural facility, it is expected to become a major attraction in the region upon completion.

'Star OCL Avenue II' also boasts a well-developed transportation environment for vehicles. It is close to the Second Gyeongin Expressway, the Second Metropolitan Circle Highway (Incheon–Gimpo), Incheon Bridge, Incheon Road, and the Third Gyeongin Expressway, ensuring good accessibility by car. In particular, the nearby Songdo Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, located one stop away from Hakik Station, is expected to enhance the metropolitan transportation network with the upcoming opening of the Incheon KTX and the Wolgok-Pangyo Line.

A representative for the property noted, "As it is the only commercial area located in the path connecting the key facilities of City OCL, Hakik Station (planned), and Incheon Museum Park (planned), there is a high possibility that it will establish itself as the main commercial area of City OCL. The previous supply of Star OCL Avenue and the retail facilities within City OCL Phase 1 have gained great popularity among consumers, which has validated the site's value, leading to continued high interest from prospective buyers."

The promotional office for Star OCL Avenue II is located in the Aam-daero area of Michuhol-gu, Incheon. Completion is scheduled for January 2025.
