LX Hausys held an in-house bazaar to support an employee who had quadruplets, delivering a congratulatory gift for the 100th day.

LX Hausys announced on the 22nd that it held a 'Haha Haha (Seoha, Siha, Doha, Yulha) Happiness Bazaar 100th Day Gift Giving Ceremony' at its Chungbuk Cheongju factory. On September 9, they delivered baby supplies including a stroller, educational toys, diapers, and formula to Jeong Jae-ryong, a senior employee who became a father of quadruplets.

Following the group-level encouragement fund of 150 million won given to Jeong’s family at the time of birth, the warm hearts of employees were conveyed once again ahead of the quadruplets' 100th day. LX Hausys planned the bazaar with the intention of slightly alleviating the parenting burden for Jeong.

Starting from earlier this month, they collected items donated by employees over two weeks and held a bazaar on the 18th at their headquarters in Seoul and the Cheongju factory, purchasing gifts for the 100th day celebration with the revenue from sales. The bazaar was also joined by five affiliates of the LX Group, including LX International, LX Pantos, LX Semicon, LX MMA, and LX Glass.

Jeong noted, "Receiving warm congratulations and support once again from my colleagues and seniors has been a great strength, and I am truly moved and grateful," adding, "As I have received such strong support, I will raise the quadruplets healthily and brightly."

LX Hausys has actively supported senior employee Jeong in preparing for childbirth and parenting by assisting with job adjustments from a production department on a three-shift work schedule to a daytime support department.
