POSCO E&C will sell the mixed-use apartment 'The Sharp First World' through the redevelopment project of the Sangbong 9 regeneration promotion zone in Sangbong-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul. The apartment complex will feature eight basement levels and a maximum of 49 floors above ground, with a total of 999 units, of which 800 units range in size from 39 to 118 square meters and will be available for general sale.
The area is near Sangbong Station on the Gyeongui Line, Gyeongchun Line, and Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 7, and it is slated for the GTX-B line, providing a favorable transportation infrastructure.
