The luxury apartment "Pojese Hangang", consisting of medium to large units and offering the most perfect view of the Han River to the entire generation, is gaining significant attention as it is set to be completed in September 2025. Pojese Hangang began construction in 2021 and is currently over 60% complete and progressing steadily. The construction company is DL E&C.
Pojese Hangang is located in the traditional affluent area of Gwangjang-dong, known for its four major school districts in Seoul and equipped with all major infrastructure. It is set to rise on the site of the former Han River Hotel, regarded as prime land along the river.
Three buildings are positioned to face south without interference, allowing all 128 households a view of the Han River, with 83% of the units offering a southern view of the Han River.
Furthermore, it stands out from other riverside complexes in that residents can enjoy Han River views throughout the home. Generally, even apartments with a view of the river only allow for northern views or views from certain parts of the living room and bedrooms. However, Pojese Hangang enables a southern view of the Han River through a wide window, approximately 17 meters at its maximum, from the living room. Most rooms, including the master room, offer a view of the Han River, and some even have river views from the bathrooms.
Additionally, high ceiling heights and a curtain wall design allow for a panoramic view of the Han River. Another feature is that the Han River walking path is directly connected to the complex.
Gwangjin District, where Pojese Hangang is located, benefits from being a non-regulated area, exempt from the obligation to live there, allowing for free resale starting February 1, 2025.
A sales representative noted, "The view of the Han River is rare in itself as a product, and in addition, the apartment possesses special qualities not seen in other products, which has resulted in a steady stream of inquiries from customers eager to move in soon." The Pojese Hangang housing exhibition center is located on Seonleung Road in Gangnam District, Seoul, and operates on a reservation basis.
