Daelim Corporation announced on the 17th that it received an excellent AA grade in the '2024 Fair Trade Commission Compliance Program (CP) Rating Evaluation' released by the Fair Trade Commission. This marks the second consecutive year Daelim received the AA grade.

CP is a compliance monitoring system that corporations introduce and operate independently to adhere to laws and ethical standards. With this certification, Daelim can further enhance the trust of global clients.

Daelim Corporation has introduced the Compliance Performance Index (CPI) to evaluate the results of CP operations. This index is characterized by quantifying the qualitative value of compliance. Measured since 2022, it scores according to four indicators: organizational culture, leadership, compliance management, and ESG (environmental, social, and governance). It was introduced to prioritize improvements in areas where weaknesses are identified.

The CP monitoring personnel system is also in operation. One monitoring personnel is designated for each of the 38 teams across the company, monitoring compliance risks that may arise in real time during work. If a violation of the law is detected, it is immediately reported and transmitted, delivering the voices from the field directly to management.

Lee Yong-cheon, Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of Daelim Corporation, said, “We will strive to secure competitiveness that fits the global market environment through continuous practical innovation and fulfill our social responsibilities.”
