On the 16th, HDC Group announced that it has carried out a regular personnel appointment for 2025, including the appointment of Lee Ji-ho as the CEO of the Seoul-Chuncheon Expressway.

HDC Group noted that the personnel appointment focused on strengthening its fundamental competitiveness to overcome difficult internal and external business environments and to advance further.

HDC Group appointed Lee Ji-ho as the CEO of the Seoul-Chuncheon Expressway and Kim Sang-kyun as the acting CEO of HDC Hyundai PCE. The plan includes a bold generational change by selecting leaders born in the 1980s for the institutional sector heads and Heads of Team of affiliates, including HDC Hyundai Industrial Development.

Specifically, HDC Hyundai Industrial Development appointed Jo Ki-hoon as the Head of Management and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Min Sung-woo as the Head of Architecture, Kim Young-han as the Head of Infrastructure, and Kang Min-seok as the Head of Corporate Culture Innovation.

Additionally, HDC Hyundai Industrial Development has carried out an organizational restructuring to enhance construction technology competitiveness and promote new business initiatives. It changed the existing Construction Department to the Architecture Department, established a technology team, and created an Infrastructure Department to pursue new businesses, such as the data industry, as well as infrastructure development projects. A technology safety team and a quality team have also been established within the Chief Safety Officer (CSO) organization.

HDC Hyundai Industrial Development stated, "With this organizational restructuring, we plan to successfully promote various development projects, including the Yongsan Hospital site and Seoulwon, through organic collaboration and horizontal communication among the Architecture Department, Infrastructure Department, and Development Department, along with future strategic projects."
