Warmblood announced on the 16th that it held the 5th DealMatch Networking Day at the K-house located in Hannam-dong, Seoul, on the 13th.
At this event, 70 industry experts from 65 corporations involved in real estate development and financial investment shared their experiences and knowledge.
Originally planned for networking among experts in the real estate development and financial investment sectors in December last year, the DealMatch Networking Day celebrated its first anniversary this year. Over the past year, 215 corporations participated, with more than 370 attendees.
To commemorate the first anniversary, the event offered a special session titled 'Conversation with experts working in the real estate finance sector' aimed at university students aspiring to enter the industry. Current professionals from asset management companies and securities firms were invited to share their vivid work experiences and provide practical advice for job preparation. During a talk concert-style Q&A session, Jo Won-jeong, the representative of DealMatch, engaged with the participants.
A university student who attended the event said, "I lacked job information related to real estate development and financial investment, but this event helped quench my thirst for job preparation," adding, "The information provided by current professionals, rather than what I find online, will be very helpful for my job preparation."
Warmblood announced the role and vision of DealMatch, which aims for the digital transformation of B2B finance through this event. Park Jeong-soo, Director of Technology Development at Warmblood, noted, "We recognize the inconveniences in the industry with numerous repetitive documentation tasks and will complete an artificial intelligence (AI)-based automation service to address this," adding, "DealMatch will evolve into a smarter AI data platform the more it is used, beyond just a simple deal-matching platform."
Warmblood is currently in discussions about commencing research and development focused on document automation tailored to the financial investment industry through a consortium involving the nation's top university research labs and AI corporations in the LLM field.
Jo Won-jeong, representative of Warmblood, emphasized, "DealMatch aims to introduce just the necessary technology at the right time so that industry workers can work more efficiently and conveniently," stating, "While it started as a platform related to real estate development and project financing, it will lead the digital transformation of B2B finance as we discover additional technological developments and business models."
DealMatch has surpassed 2,500 users and registered 300 deals. The accumulated registered deal size is 9.1 trillion won.
