The 'Bangbae 15 District' in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul has entered the process of selecting a construction company.
According to the maintenance industry on the 13th, the Bangbae 15 District association announced the bidding notice for the selection of a construction company the day before and began the selection process.
The reconstruction project for the single-family homes in Bangbae 15 District involves developing an area of 84,934 square meters at 463-13 Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, into three basement levels and 25 above-ground floors, consisting of 1,688 apartment units, commercial facilities, and other ancillary welfare facilities. The construction cost is 8.7 million won per 3.3 square meters, and the total project cost is 755.29 billion won.
To participate in the bidding, construction companies must pay a total of 40 billion won, including a cash deposit of 20 billion won and a performance bond of 20 billion won, before the bid deadline. A site briefing will be held on the 19th at the association's office for the construction companies. Bids will be accepted until Feb. 27 of next year, after which a general meeting of the association members will be held to vote on the selection of the construction company.
