Highclass Develop Co., Ltd. announced on the 10th that it will sell the new high-end dwellings ‘The Blants Hangang’. ‘The Blants Hangang’ is located in the Shinjung-dong area of Mapo-gu, Seoul, consisting of a total of 13 units in a building that has five basement floors and 19 above-ground floors, featuring exclusive areas ranging from 232.22㎡ to 273.94㎡.

The complex is situated in a location where residents can enjoy stunning views of the Han River, ensuring a permanent view with no additional buildings planned in front, potentially becoming a new center along Seoul's wealthy belt formed by the Han River.

The design is enhanced with high-end products that maximize the geographic value of the site. The design was undertaken by the architectural firm Dou Architects, known for planning high-end residential complexes like Upper House Namsan and Botanique Nonhyeon.

The project consists of nine garden houses, each with its own garden, and four penthouses, incorporating high-end features such as private gardens, rooftop gardens, and infinity pools tailored to the characteristics of each unit. The finishing materials and interiors are also expected to be of the highest standard. Additionally, terrace designs will be applied to maximize the scenic views of the Han River, providing ample terrace space that allows for dining, fire places, and jacuzzi areas similar to single-family homes.

The community facility ‘The Blants Comma Club’ will also be established. This area will include a lounge with a business lounge, meeting rooms, and a cinema, as well as a multipurpose house for concerts and fine dining, and relaxation spaces that serve as spirit and personal rooms. Various membership services such as a flower subscription service, valet parking, butler, and concierge services will also be provided.

The lounge for ‘The Blants Hangang’ is located on Dosan-daero in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and is scheduled to open in December.
