The net worth reported by Hwang Kyo-ik, president of the Korea Culture and Tourism Institute (KCTI), was 56.65 million won. Although Hwang owns an apartment in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, valued at 830.2 million won, liabilities borrowed from the financial sector and elsewhere amounted to 1.32524 billion won, significantly lowering the aggregates.
