People Power Party leader Jang Dong-hyeok on the 22nd criticized President Lee Jae-myung for ordering a fact-finding review regarding the missing rebar incident in the GTX-A Samsung Station section, saying, "Lee Jae-myung has finally stepped up as a campaign worker for Chong Won-o."
At the Central Election Countermeasures Committee meeting held that morning at the party headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, Jang said, "Chong Won-o shouted, 'Shut up and halt construction.' It's political agitation peddling safety."
He went on, "Reinforcement work is already underway after professional review and safety inspections," and argued, "Chong Won-o says he will stop the Hangang Bus and even tear out the Garden of Gratitude. He has brought DDP and Sebitseom to a halt. It's Park Won-soon season 2, and Seoul is about to go back to being a city that farms."
He added, "I hope Chong Won-o stops fanning anxiety and first comes out for a debate," and, "Nothing makes residents more uneasy than a convicted person who beats people when drunk becoming mayor."
Jang said, "Apartment prices are recording surges day after day," and emphasized, "If you vote for Chong Won-o, the next election might not even be held in Seoul. To keep living as a Seoul resident, you must choose a mayor who protects your home, Oh Se-hoon."
