The Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) said the previous day that, according to the findings of its task force investigating the "helicopter transfer favoritism" controversy itself, its past determination of a code-of-conduct violation was improper and that the ACRC secretary-general at the time improperly intervened in handling the case. Under the Yoon Suk-yeol administration, the ACRC had released that Seoul National University Hospital and Busan National University Hospital, among others, violated the public officials' code of conduct in the process of dispatching emergency medical helicopters.
