The president noted, "There is a position for which asserting and criticizing is sufficient, and there is a position that must present alternatives commensurate with its assertions and bear unlimited responsibility for the results," adding, "The attitude that only my opinion is truth and your opinion is injustice can be the cause of extreme confrontation and failure."
He added, "Public figures, who must bear responsibility as heavy as their authority, should rigorously seek, with the perspective of a fair third party and cool reason, what path brings the greatest happiness to the nation and the greatest number of people."
He also said, "The political standing or electoral advantage of an individual or group cannot come before the nation's future or the people's benefit," adding, "We must never forget the power of the people's intellect."
