The president said, "The fundamental measure for real estate issues is to ease the concentration in the Seoul metropolitan area and to lower the proportion of real estate in asset," and added, "We are trying to shift our fundamental policy direction to productive finance."
The president said, "As a national long-term growth strategy, we are pursuing policies for balanced regional development and for easing concentration in the Seoul metropolitan area," adding, "It is not something that has a big effect, but there are subtle effects."
