President Lee Jae-myung handed out "encouragement pizza" to Presidential Security Service agents for the year-end.
On the 31st, the Presidential Security Service said it received encouragement pizza from the president and delivered it to on-duty staff.
The Presidential Security Service said, "The pizza was arranged to encourage agents who have spared no dedication and hard work since the launch of the popular sovereignty government," and added, "The president's warm encouragement was a great boost to the agents quietly carrying out their duties in the field."
The Presidential Security Service added, "In the new year, we will do our best to put into practice the popular sovereignty government's security principle of 'open protection, low-profile protection.'"
