Of the 709 administrative information systems halted by the National Information Resources Service fire, 653 have been restored. The system recovery rate is 92.1%.
According to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters (CDSCHQ) on the 1st, as of 5 p.m. that day, three more systems had been restored: the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's integrated management system for seismic accelerometer data, the disaster and safety data sharing platform, and the Personal Information Protection Commission's personal information infringement prevention system.
All 40 of the highest-priority, grade 1 systems have been fully restored. For grade 2, 64 out of 68 (94.1%); grade 3, 242 out of 261 (92.7%); and grade 4, 307 out of 340 (90.3%) have been restored.
