The Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) said on the 16th that it will run a joint promotion pavilion with its grants-funded institutions at the Seoul International Aerospace and Defense Exhibition (ADEX) 2025.
The joint promotion pavilion will be set up at this ADEX, which runs from the 20th to the 24th at KINTEX in Ilsan. DAPA plans to promote the defense research and development process—from research and development to acquisition, testing and evaluation, and quality assurance—and the results of modifying and developing weapons systems for defense exports.
From the 20th to the 23rd, during the "Business Day" period, government-to-government meetings, seminars on international defense industry cooperation and joint research and development, the signing of defense industry cooperation MOUs, and discussions on defense exports will take place.
On the 24th, during "Futures Day," events for the general public will include a book talk on rifles, a 425 satellite briefing, and hands-on block assembly experiences for weapons systems such as the KF-21 and K9.
