If the number of party leader candidates exceeds four, a preliminary election will be held, reflecting 50% from party member votes and 50% from public opinion polls to narrow it down to four candidates.
The main election will take place from the 20th to the 21st of next month, using the method of '80% party member vote, 20% public opinion poll.' The new party leader is expected to be announced at the national convention on the 22nd of the same month. If no candidate obtains a majority vote, a runoff election will be planned.
