He continued, "Regardless, I've done my best, but since the work started without a transition team, there have been many confusions and preparations have not been perfect, resulting in many difficulties."
He added, "Understanding that the public officials are bleeding and struggling, I am asking my staff to endure well, thinking that these things have an effect that is 51,170,000 times greater." He also mentioned, "I have many regrets. There are times I wonder what it would be like if there were 30 hours instead of 24 in a day."
