Shin Ji, a member of the group 'Koyote', unveiled a pre-voting certification shot for the 21st presidential election. Shin Ji displayed a clenched fist to prevent political color controversy.
On the 30th, Shin Ji posted a photo on her social media Instagram with the caption "Exercising a precious right." In the photo, Shin Ji is holding a paper with the voting stamp and has her fist clenched. This seems to be a choice to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings of political color due to the shape of her fingers.
Previously, Shin Ji expressed discomfort with an SNS post attempting to use her past photos politically. An internet user posted on their SNS saying, "Shin Ji No. 2, for only the country and the people, united. Victory. Kim Moon-soo for the people's president," along with a photo.
The photo showed a man smiling with Shin Ji. Shin Ji made a V sign with her fingers. This pose was interpreted as the number '2', suggesting that Shin Ji supports Kim Moon-soo, the People Power Party's presidential candidate.
In response, Shin Ji warned, "When was this photo taken? It seems I took the photo after an event, unrelated to any political color. If you continue using it, I will inform the company and take legal action. Please take down the photo."
