Kim Moon-soo, the People Power Party presidential candidate, meets with former President Lee Myung-bak (MB) on the 27th.
On this day, Kim will have lunch with the former president at a hotel in Yeouido, Seoul.
Former President Lee has mainly met politicians at the Cheonggye Foundation in Seocho-gu, Seoul. However, since the final televised debate among presidential candidates is scheduled for this day, it is known that they will meet in Yeouido.
Kim is expected to appeal for support to rally conservative supporters and gain the sentiments of the centrist voters. This is interpreted as a strategy to unite conservative supporters with just a week left until the presidential election.
Earlier, Kim also paid a visit to former President Lee in February. Additionally, on the 24th of this month, he visited Daegu's Dalseong County to see former President Park Geun-hye and appealed for campaign support.
