The People Power Party election strategy headquarters announced that they will fully launch a total election campaign to consolidate support in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk (TK) region starting from the 17th.
This weekend is set as a turning point for a "full victory mobilization", with the strategy to gather traditional support centered on TK and change the tide.
Key figures of the election strategy headquarters, including Yoon Jae-ok, head of the election strategy headquarters, and Jang Dong-hyuk, head of the situation room, plan to travel around the TK region from that day, appealing for support consolidation.
On the morning of that day, Yoon, the head of the election headquarters, presided over the 21st presidential Daegu and Gyeongbuk regional election strategy committee meeting held in Daegu and discussed election strategies.
At this meeting, he emphasized, "In order for the earnest desire of candidate Kim Moon-soo to create a fair and just Republic of Korea to reach the hearts of the people, we need to move more desperately and hold more hands together."
Jang Dong-hyuk, head of the situation room, participated in the campaign schedule around Daegu, including the entrance of Suseong Lake that afternoon. Later in the evening, he plans to join the late-night campaign on foot with the "Firefly Youth Campaign Team" while wearing LED promotional equipment to meet with citizens.
Jang noted, "You must protect candidate Kim Moon-soo in Daegu, the heart of conservatism, for free Republic of Korea to win," appealing for overwhelming support from TK.
