In the People Power Party presidential primary, novelist Lee Moon-yuel, former KBS President Go Dae-young, and Commissioner Jo Yong-sool of the People Power Party in Goyang-si Eul joined former Minister of Employment and Labor Kim Moon-soo's "Victory Camp."
According to Kim's camp on the 14th, Mr. Lee Moon-yuel is set to serve as the honorary chairman of the election committee, presenting directions and indicators for winning the election. He publicly supported former Minister Kim in the 2017 presidential primary as well.
Former President Go was appointed as the media policy advisor directly under candidate Kim. Former President Go served as a KBS Moscow correspondent and head of the news department before becoming the 22nd president. He plays a role in presenting media policy directions in Kim's camp.
Chairperson Jo serves as the spokesperson for Kim's camp. Chairperson Jo was the spokesperson for the People Power Party until recently. He is currently active as the Commissioner of the People Power Party in Goyang-si Eul and as a politician from a youth movement.
Additionally, Deputy Spokesperson Choi In-ho moved to a full-time deputy spokesperson position.
