Former President Yoon Seok-youl is preparing to vacate the residence in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, while former Deputy Secretary for Civil Affairs Park Kwan-cheon claimed that "Kim Keon-hee is pressuring the security personnel to leave the residence quickly."

On the 7th, former Deputy Secretary Park appeared on MBC Radio's "Kim Jong-bae's Focus" and said, "Mrs. Kim said she wanted to leave quickly without any measures, and the security department officials are under stress."

He said, "It's not something that can be done just by hastening the staff without any particular reason," adding, "The dissatisfied staff are saying strange things outside, and it's devastating, so I can't speak about it on air."

Former Deputy Secretary Park pointed out that the security environment at Acro Vista, the residence of former President Yoon, located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, is inadequate. He stated, "In the residence of a former president, the place where the president stays and the security building should be within the same wall, and there should be a separate waiting area for the security personnel inside the former president's residence," and added, "Since Acro Vista is a multi-unit residential building, there are many vulnerabilities in security and various issues."

He remarked, "The closed-circuit (CCTV) should be controlled independently as CCTV," and added, "It's questionable whether the house next door to the president can realistically be used as the security command post."

Former Deputy Secretary Park noted that circumstances for former President Yoon have changed compared to the initial phase of his term when he was commuting to and from Acro Vista, which may reflect different public opinion among residents. He said, "During the time as the president-elect, the security command post was set up in the basement of Acro Vista at Kobana Contents, and residents were very accommodating by allowing the use of one elevator exclusively for that purpose," adding, "That is not the atmosphere anymore."
