A total of 366,858 out of 4,629,08 registered voters participated in the early voting held over two days starting the day before across 23 electoral districts.
The early voting rate for the Guro District mayoral by-election in Seoul was 8.24%, while the early voting rate for the Asan mayoral re-election in South Chungcheong Province was 12.48%.
The early voting rate for the Damyang County mayoral re-election in South Jeolla Province was 37.92%, the Kicheon mayoral re-election in North Gyeongsang Province was 18.34%, and the Geoje mayoral re-election in South Gyeongsang Province was 19.36%.
The early voting rate for the Busan superintendent re-election was 5.87%.
The main voting for the re-election will take place from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the 2nd of next month.
