On the 24th, senior members of the People Power Party, including lawmakers Kim Gi-hyun and Na Kyung-won, said regarding the Constitutional Court's dismissal of the impeachment motion against Acting President Han Duck-soo that they "cautiously predict the president's return to duties." They claimed that the likelihood of the Constitutional Court dismissing the impeachment motion against President Yoon Suk-yeol has increased following Han's case. They called the Constitutional Court's ruling that there were no issues with the National Assembly's decision-making process a "national fraud."

On that day, Na Kyung-won held a press conference in front of the Constitutional Court and stated, "It is a natural decision," adding, "If judged according to the Constitution and laws, I cautiously predict the return of President Yoon Suk-yeol to duties." She also mentioned, "It has been revealed how strategically the Democratic Party under Lee Jae-myung has pushed the impeachment. They must deeply apologize," stating that the Constitutional Court should promptly set a trial date for the impeachment of President Yoon.

Na Kyung-won commented on the dismissal of the impeachment motion against Prime Minister Han, saying it "opens the door for the impeachment against the acting president" and described it as a decision that allows Lee Jae-myung and the Democratic Party to paralyze state affairs. Until now, the People Power Party has argued that the quorum for the impeachment motion against Han should be based on the presidential standard (200 seats), but the Constitutional Court ruled that there were no issues with the procedure.

Lawmaker Kim Gi-hyun also noted, "The quorum for decision-making is specified in the 'Constitutional Handbook' published by the Constitutional Court," stating, "The Constitutional Court's decision is a fraudulent act against the public and they either need to amend the book or reflect on themselves." He added that the Constitutional Court could not be free from political bias, further stating, "It is extremely regrettable that the Constitutional Court has unilaterally tolerated the Democratic Party's parliamentary dictatorship."

The press conference was attended by lawmakers Park Deok-heum, Park Dae-chul, Kang Seung-kyu, and Kim Mi-ae. Lawmaker Park Dae-chul stated that "not dismissing the impeachment trial gives a de facto pardon for the Democratic Party's one-party dictatorship." Lawmaker Kang Seung-kyu mentioned that in the Prime Minister's impeachment trial, 5 judges voted for dismissal, while 2 expressed the opinion of dismissal, indicating that the possibility of dismissal or rejection in the president's impeachment trial could be cautiously hoped for.

On that day, six out of the eight Constitutional Court judges found no issues with the impeachment procedure against Prime Minister Han. Earlier, National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik had applied the quorum based on the National Assembly members (151 seats) rather than the standard for the president (200 seats) when approving the impeachment motion against Prime Minister Han, who was serving as Acting President. In response, the six judges stated, "The acting president refers to the performance of functions and tasks predetermined for the acting official under the Constitution and laws; it does not mean that a new status of 'acting president' is created by this. Impeachment motions should apply the quorum based on the original status."
