Former Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Won Hee-ryong said on the 24th regarding the dismissal decision of Prime Minister Han Duck-soo's impeachment trial that "the fundamental cause of all this situation is Lee Jae-myung," and brought up the responsibility of Lee Jae-myung, the representative of the Democratic Party.

Former Minister Won said through Facebook right after the Constitutional Court's ruling on the Prime Minister's impeachment trial on that day, "The National Assembly must not become a playground for reckless individuals who engage in government paralysis anymore."

He said, "Those who knew it would be dismissed but said, 'Let's just impeach first,' are the serial impeachers. They are forces that seek to collapse the Republic of Korea for the sake of Lee Jae-myung's leadership, and as long as Lee Jae-myung exists, resolution is impossible."

Earlier, the Constitutional Court dismissed the National Assembly's impeachment motion against Prime Minister Han. Of the 8 members, 5 expressed a dismissal opinion, 1 expressed a citation opinion, and 2 expressed a dismissal opinion. Among the 5 who expressed a dismissal opinion, 4 judged that Prime Minister Han's suspension of the appointment of Judges Jo Han-chang, Jeong Gye-seon, and Ma Eun-hyeok, who were elected by the National Assembly, was a violation of the Constitution and laws. However, they did not see it as sufficient grounds to justify removal.
