Former Prime Minister Kim Boo-kyum pointed out that regarding the Constitutional Court's dismissal of the impeachment of Acting Prime Minister Han Duck-soo, "the Democratic Party leadership must feel a heavy responsibility."

He said, "If we cannot restrain the power given by the people, we cannot gain their trust," adding, "Although this decision spared the Prime Minister from dismissal, it does not exempt him from constitutional violation responsibilities."

He continued, "The responsibility for provoking conflict by ignoring the National Assembly's will still remains," and added, "This is a task that the returning Acting Prime Minister Han Duck-soo must resolve."

Former Prime Minister Kim urged the Constitutional Court to expedite the impeachment trial of President Yoon Suk-yeol. He said, "The people's wait is getting longer," and insisted, "The constitutional order must be restored swiftly. It is time to focus on the President's impeachment."
