During the press conference, lawmakers shouted slogans such as 'The Constitutional Court must remove Yoon Suk-yeol immediately' and 'Dismantle the remnants of the coup, People Power Party.' However, during the event, a raw egg was thrown from the surroundings and hit Representative Baek Hye-ryeon in the face. Raw eggs also splattered on Representatives Lee Geon-tae and Park Min-kyu.

Representative Baek said, 'It's fine if the eggs burst, but it hurts too much,' adding, 'This should not happen in a democratic society. I hope the culprit will be found. I will also personally take legal action.'

After the press conference, Representative Baek and others visited the Jongno Police Station in Seoul to file a complaint requesting punishment for the person who threw the eggs.
