Former People Power Party leader Han Dong-hoon’s book "The People Come First" ranked first in the comprehensive bestseller list for the first week of March.

Kyobo Bookstore reported on the 7th that "The People Come First" ranked first based on its own sales rankings compiled from the 26th of last month to the 4th. The book contains anecdotes related to President Yoon Suk-yeol's martial law on Dec. 3 and was officially published on the 28th of last month. The purchasing demographic showed that those aged 60 and above accounted for the largest share at 27.0%. This was followed by those in their 40s (24.9%), 50s (21.3%), 30s (19.0%), and 20s (7.2%).

In terms of sales by gender, females (56.6%) outnumbered Namsung (43.4%). Singer Lee Chang-seop's essay "A Suitable Person" also entered the bestseller list at 2nd place upon its publication. Amid the fluctuations in Bitcoin following Trump's economic policy direction, Han Yang University adjunct professor Oh Tae-min’s book "Geopolitics and Bitcoin in the Trump Era" made its debut at 7th.

The novel "Stoner" by John Williams, published domestically 10 years ago, recorded 18th place due to a recommendation from celebrity Hong Jin-gyeong. The original novel for director Bong Joon-ho's movie "Mickey 17," titled "Mickey 7," also climbed 73 spots to reach 24th.
