On this day, during the representative speech of the negotiating group held at the National Assembly, Lee noted, "I will mobilize all the party's resources to lead recovery and growth."
Lee explained, "Creating new growth engines and sharing the opportunities and results of growth through equitable growth will open the door to a better world." He added, "Only by easing polarization and inequality through new and fair growth engines can we enter a world where we live well together."
He emphasized, "We must grow to share. We must grow more to reduce the gaps further." He added, "A country that guarantees the basic lives of its citizens as fundamental rights, backed by a solid social safety net, is where the courage for innovation and new growth can exist."
Lee stated, "Politics must take the lead in finding a rational balance point and completing a true social reform where everyone can dream of a happy life. This is the essence of 'Jalsanism.'" He continued, "To create a new world and a better society, we must adjust conflicting interests. We should not shy away from existing conflicts but engage in dialogue, adjust, and compromise. Let's achieve a social grand compromise through public discussion."
He emphasized, "It will take much time and effort, but we must achieve a virtuous circle of social grand compromise by increasing the burden on corporations through dialogue and trust accumulation, expanding the nation's social safety net, and enhancing labor flexibility to broaden stable employment."
