The movement of North Korea removing items from the Kaesong Industrial Complex general support center has been detected by military authorities. The military is closely monitoring the possibility of explosive installation, as similar activity was observed two days before the corporations support center explosion.

A military official noted on the 23rd that North Korea had been observed removing items from the Kaesong Industrial Complex general support center.

When North Korea demolished the inter-Korean liaison office in Kaesong in June 2020, the nearby general support center also suffered damage with its outer wall collapsing and was left neglected.

During the demolition of the inter-Korean liaison office, North Korea was observed removing items from the general support center, and a similar movement has been detected this time as well.

Although there have been no signs of preparing to demolish the general support center building, such as installing explosives, it is reported that military authorities are monitoring the possibility of preparations leading to an explosion.

North Korea, which declared a 'hostile two-state relationship' late last year, is carrying out measures to sever inter-Korean ties, including the demolition of roads on the Gyeongui Line and Donghae Line and the removal of power transmission lines in the Kaesong Industrial Complex.
