The Doosan Bears of professional baseball avenged the previous day's loss to the NC Dinos and widened the gap against sixth-place NC back to three games.

Led by manager Kim Won-hyong, Doosan won 9-2 in a home game against NC in the 2026 Shinhan SOL KBO League at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul on the 13th. Doosan, which lost a close 9-10 game to NC the day before, took the win and marked a season record of 64 wins, 60 losses, and 4 ties, pulling three games ahead of NC at 59 wins, 61 losses, and 2 ties.
