Professional baseball's Doosan Bears avenged the previous day's loss against the NC Dinos and pushed the gap with sixth-place NC back to three games.

Led by manager Kim Won-hyong, Doosan won 9-2 in a home game against NC in the 2026 Shinhan SOL KBO League at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul on the 13th. Doosan, which suffered a close 9-10 loss to NC the day before, took the win and marked a season record of 64 wins, 60 losses and 4 ties, pulling three games ahead of NC at 59 wins, 61 losses and 2 ties.
