Professional baseball team KT Wiz beat the Hanwha Eagles 9-6 in the 13th meeting of the season at Suwon KT Wiz Park on Sept. 2 in the 2026 Shinhan SOL KBO League.
KT ran its current winning streak to two games and its streak against Hanwha to five, improving to 68 wins, three ties, and 43 losses. It clinched the weekday three-game series early. In contrast, Hanwha, mired in an eight-game losing streak, fell to 49 wins, three ties, and 64 losses.
