[Photo] Im Chan-kyu ties for season lead with 11th win

The LG Twins of professional baseball notched their first win at Jamsil Stadium against the KT Wiz.

LG beat KT 9-1 in a 2026 KBO League game at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul on Aug. 18. It snapped a six-game losing skid at Jamsil this season against KT.

Cleanup hitter Moon Jeong-Bin launched a grand slam and went 2-for-5 with five RBIs, while Song Chan-ui went 2-for-4 with three RBIs. Starting pitcher Im Chan-kyu became the winning pitcher after allowing three hits (one home run), one walk, one hit-by-pitch, and three strikeouts in six innings with one run. With 11 wins, he moved into a tie for the league lead in victories.
