Men's head coach Issanayé Ramírez has set participation in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics as the ultimate goal. Korea men's volleyball will aim to qualify for the Olympic finals for the first time in 24 years through the 2026 Asian Championship, and will target its first gold medal in 20 years at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games.
