The LG Twins of professional baseball beat the Lotte Giants to race to eight straight wins.

LG notched a 2-1, one-run victory over Lotte in the season's first "El-Lotte Clasico" at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul on Apr. 14 in the 2026 KBO League. With the score tied 1-1 in the eighth, Austin delivered the go-ahead solo home run to stretch the "winning streak" to eight.
