KT Wiz of professional baseball swept the opening series against the LG Twins.

KT beat LG 6-5 in the second game of the season in the 2026 KBO League at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul on the 29th. Hur Kyoung-min hit a game-tying two-run homer, and in the top of the ninth, Kim Hyun-soo drove in the go-ahead run with a grounder in front of the left fielder. In the bottom of the ninth, Park Yeong-hyeon came on and protected the one-run lead to earn his second straight save.
