Professional baseball team KT Wiz combined pitching and hitting to climb out of last place in the preseason standings.

KT beat the Kiwoom Heroes 4-1 in a preseason game of the 2026 Shinhan Bank SOL Bank KBO League at Suwon KT Wiz Park on the 20th and escaped the preseason cellar. The team is 2-2-4. Kiwoom moved out of last place with a win on the 19th, but fell back to 10th (2-1-5) with the loss.
