On Mar. 2 at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan, an official World Baseball Classic (WBC) tune-up game was held between the Korea national baseball team and the Hanshin Tigers.

The Korea team will play the second tune-up game against the Orix Buffaloes at the same venue on the 3rd, then face the Czech Republic in the first game of the WBC group stage at Tokyo Dome in Japan on the 5th.
