The Doosan Bears held an intrasquad scrimmage on the 1st at Hisamine Baseball Stadium in Miyazaki, Japan.

Team practice had been scheduled for the day, but after the game against the Lotte Giants on Feb. 26 was ruled a no game due to rain in the third inning and the game against the Chiba Lotte Marines on the 27th was also rained out, the scrimmage was hastily arranged to sharpen game feel. The game ended with the White Team winning 9-5.
