On the 1st (Korea time), the Lotte Giants of professional baseball set up spring training at the Asia-Pacific International Baseball Center in Tainan, Taiwan, and worked up a sweat.

Manager Kim Tae-hyoung and the coaching staff, along with 20 pitchers, five catchers, nine infielders, and seven outfielders, for a total of 41 players, will conduct strength and skills training at the first camp through Jan. 20, then move to Miyazaki, Japan, from the 21st to March 5 for the second camp to take part in the Kyūshun League and check their game sharpness.
