The LG Twins of professional baseball earned their first win at Jamsil Stadium against the KT Wiz.

LG beat KT 9-1 in the 2026 KBO League game at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul on Aug. 18. It snapped this season's 0-6 skid at Jamsil against KT.

Cleanup hitter Moon Jeong-bin hit a grand slam and went 2-for-5 with five RBIs, and Song Chan-eui went 2-for-4 with three RBIs. Starting pitcher Lim Chan-gyu became the winning pitcher after allowing one run with three hits (one home run), one walk, one hit-by-pitch and three strikeouts over six innings. With 11 wins, he moved into a tie for the league lead in victories.
