Samsung Electronics said on the 15th that it will run a discount promotion on cleaning for commercial system air conditioners for business customers through Oct. 31.
The promotion is designed for business customers looking to clean the inside of air conditioners used for long hours in the summer and to check cooling and heating performance. Customers who use multiple ceiling-type indoor units in stores, offices, or private institutes and apply for cleaning at the same time can receive discounts of up to 30% depending on the number of units.
Engineers who have completed specialized training diagnose the product's condition on site before proceeding with the cleaning service. They disassemble and clean key parts such as the heat exchanger, blower fan motor, and drain fan of the system air conditioner indoor unit, and provide a post-service inspection.
They use high-pressure washing equipment to remove fine contaminants inside the product and also carry out antibacterial and deodorizing work. After cleaning, they check the condition of key parts, cooling and heating performance, and whether functions operate properly.
The promotion covers all Samsung Electronics commercial air conditioner models, including ceiling-type 1·2·4WAY and 360 cassette, standard and medium-to-large stand types, and wall-mounted types.
