MegazoneCloud is joining hands with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Korea AeroSpace Administration to foster space startups in Korea.
MegazoneCloud said on Sep. 14 that it is recruiting corporations to participate in "AWS Space Accelerator: Korea 2026" through Oct. 2. Eligible applicants are startups in Korea from the early stage to pre-Series B that plan to develop space systems using AWS.
It will select 15 to 20 companies in fields such as satellite manufacturing and operations, Earth observation, launch vehicles, in-orbit services, and space communications, artificial intelligence (AI), and software. Selected corporations will receive up to $100,000 in AWS cloud credits, as well as technical training and hands-on labs, one-on-one mentoring, and business coaching. Networking to meet investors and customer corporations and opportunities to present at overseas space events will also be offered.
After screening and onboarding, the program will begin on Oct. 27 and run through Nov. 13. A final pitching event and a completion ceremony will be held afterward. Applications can be submitted on MegazoneCloud's tech blog "Aiting."
